For this reason, we are located at the extreme northern end of the Ribera del Duero, on the slopes of hills that rise to 1,000 meters and are bathed by the midday sun and refreshed by a constant northern breeze.Characteristics of this location are: moderate – low (400-600Mm) what, joined to dry summers, cold and long winter, with sharp temperature differences, defined this location within a Mediterranean climate, which main characteristic is the Continental aspect. These ground and climate conditions, together with the winery’s philosophy of respecting mother earth, the provider of such an exceptional fruit, mean that we can care for and pamper our vines according to the principle of minimum processing using natural products and manual work. The result is a totally organic wine.
