The wine has been made out of ecological wine
grapes, whose main characteristics are:
. No use of herbicides in de vineyards
. Phytosanitary treatments given to the vineyards with natural
products, made of plants extract, used always in a preventive
way, never in a healing way.
. No systemic phytosanitary products are used (those who pass
from the leave to the sap and there they prompt a persistent
effect, those are also healing products)
. Use of organic manure only versus mineral fertilisers.
. During the winemaking process the use of SO2 in the wine is
limited, a 44% less than in the ordinary winemaking process.
. There are also very restrictive limitations in number and quantity
of the wine additives, they always will have to be natural, for
example; tartaric acid and albumin.
